Terms of Service
Effective 8 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Nitin Kumar Yadav ("we") for the use of TalentScope, a applicant tracking (HR software) service for businesses at talentscope.cloud. By creating an account you accept them. If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
The service
TalentScope is software for a company's own HR team to manage its internal hiring: resume parsing, candidate matching, a hiring pipeline, an AI assistant and team workspaces. It is not a job portal: it publishes no job listings, job seekers do not use it, and candidates are never charged. AI results such as match scores and recommendations are aids to your judgement, not decisions; you remain responsible for every hiring decision and for treating candidates fairly and lawfully.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Workspace owners and admins control who joins their workspace and what role each member has.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the Pricing page.
- Paid plans are charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Each payment covers 30 days; the plan does not renew automatically. The price you pay is the one shown on the Pricing page at checkout.
- If a paid period ends without a new payment, the workspace returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept, but you cannot add more than the Free plan allows.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your data
You own the content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You can export your data at any time and ask us to delete it.
Acceptable use
- Upload only data you are allowed to share, and comply with data protection and employment laws.
- Do not use the service to discriminate unlawfully, to send spam, or to store malware.
- Do not try to break into the service, other workspaces, or its rate limits, and do not resell it without our written agreement.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where practical.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TalentScope available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features; we will give notice before removing a feature you pay for.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly.
