About TalentScope
TalentScope is an applicant tracking system (ATS): business software sold to companies, used by their own HR and recruiting teams to run their internal hiring. A company's HR team records the roles it is hiring for, turns the resumes it has received into structured candidate profiles, compares candidates with each role (with the reasons shown) and tracks every candidate from shortlist to hire, together with colleagues.
TalentScope is not a job portal
- We do not publish job listings or advertise vacancies; every workspace is private to the company using it.
- Job seekers cannot sign up, search for jobs or apply through TalentScope.
- We never charge candidates or job seekers. Only businesses pay, for a software subscription.
- We do not provide placement or recruitment-agency services.
