Shipping & Delivery Policy

TalentScope is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply.

How the service is delivered

• Free plan: available immediately after you create an account at talentscope.cloud.
• Paid plans: activated on your workspace instantly once Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. You see the new plan on the Pricing page and receive a payment receipt from Razorpay by email.
• The service is used in your web browser on a computer or phone; there is nothing to download or install.

If your plan does not activate

If money was taken but your plan has not changed within 30 minutes, email support@talentscope.cloud with the payment date and amount or the Razorpay payment ID. We activate the plan or refund the payment in full, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service area

The service is available online in India and other countries, subject to our Terms of Service.
